Terms & Image Submission Policy

By submitting a photo you confirm that you own the image or have permission to use it, and you grant Minerva Motor Club permission to apply event branding and share the finished image.

Submissions

• Submit only photographs you took yourself or have permission to use.
• Images must not contain offensive, unlawful, or inappropriate content.
• Submissions are reviewed by club administrators before release.
• Administrators may deny any submission at their discretion.

Use of finished images

• Approved images are made available to you for personal, non-commercial use.
• Minerva Motor Club may feature approved images in club and event promotion.
